    More than just a school

    • Nursery to Primary 1

      Give your child the foundation they need to succeed by starting them in a school with quality education and strong Christian values. Our small student to teacher ratio ensures an individualized approach. Half day option available for baby to top class.

    • Dedicated Special Needs Unit

      We are the only school that offers kids with moderate to severe learning difficulties such as autism spectrum disorders a caring, spiritual and secure educational environment. Our special needs unit will help them reach their maximum potential.

    • Extra Fun Learning

      Our extra curricular activities will enhance your child’s desire to explore and discover their world, grow their self reliance and improve their performance in school by complementing teaching with concrete skills. Activities include music, cooking, painting, beading, moulding etc.

    • After School & Holiday Care

      Peace of mind for the days when you have no babysitter. Lala’s offers an affordable after-school program for late pick-up and overnight stay. We also offer child care services on weekends and during holidays. Our Beyond School program is more than just babysitting – it is a fun stay for your little one.

      Let your child hop on our school shuttle. Serving Seguku, Zana, Katale, Kazinga, Lweza, Lubowa, Kajjansi, Kigo, Bweya, Kawotto, Nakigalala, Kitende, Bwebajja, Namulanda, Kisubi, Garuga and surrounding areas. We also have children from out of Kampala and Wakiso Districts, who are dropped off on Monday mornings and picked on Friday evenings for the weekend.

      We enrolled Esther at Lala’s when she was about two years. What makes a whole difference is that the school foundation is God centered. Our daughters, enjoy all the teachers. It is a well-knit community where everyone knows everyone and look out for each other, be it parents, teachers and children. We are so thankful for Lala’s and we have purposed to enroll Emmanuella when her time comes.

      I joined Lala’s Daycare Centre when i was 2 and a half years old, when my mother, MS.  Christine Murungi, started it. I still have scanty sweet memories like the day we, the very first alumni “graduated”. I remember the teachers and the friends I made then. We played, we fought and we learned! We still are in touch with one another, thanks to Mama, who keeps a tab on “her children”.
      Lala’s has “lived” for 12 years, through “summers” and “winters” and I’ve been there to witness everything. Sure they have been many ups and downs but God has made it possible for Lala’s to evolve from a daycare centre, to a kindergarten and now, to an only inclusive school in the region.

      My name is Joy Karatunga and I’m glad to be a part of the great Lala’s family. I cannot forget the day that I met the director Christine Murungi – a good friend and mentor. I was stuck with my child until I met this unique place that is full of life and love.
      When I came to the school with our son Eugene, he used to have daily convulsions. He had been rejected by several other schools. But Christine calmly accepted to take him. After so many therapy sessions, along with the staff at Lala’s that I call prayer warriors, I now call Eugene my living testimony. A child who was once destructive with weird social skills is now calm and able to interact with others.
      2 chronicles 7:14 (If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land)
