This therapy is for people (children & adults) with communication and/or swallowing difficulties.
At Lala’s Daycare & Inclusive School, this service is conducted daily, by two specialists (Allan & Debbie) with the goal of Early Intervention. These two Therapists have realised great improvement in swallowing by some children with cerebral palsy. With the aim of managing articulation (in speech) and safe swallow, Allan & Debbie have seen several children hit milestones in their developmental challenges.
The Speech & Language Therapists work hand in hand with a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, special needs teacher and other teachers; it is a Multi-Disciplinary Management team for better service delivery and effective interventions.
